Exchange Policy
Shipping/Collection
1. Self-Collection can be made by appointment at:
1003 Bukit Merah Central (Monday - Friday, 11AM - 9PM)
No handling fees will be charged.
2. Local Shipping:
a.Post by Normal Mail;
Postage charge is absolutely waived.
Please take note that for normal mail, the parcel will be dropped into your letter box by the postman.
We are not responsible for any loss of parcels as no tracking service is provided for normal mail.
b.Post by Registered Mail;
1-8 pieces: You need to pay S$2.24.
More than 8 pieces: Registered mail postage charge is waived.
For registered mail, parcels will be sent to your door-step. There is a tracking number to check on the delivery status, if required.
c.SpeedPost Islandwide Courier Service.
1-12 pieces: You need to pay S$9.15
More than 12 pieces: Delivery charge is waived.
Goods will be sent to your door step.
3. For international shipping, charges will be revised when we review and confirm the order.
Exchange Policy
Only defective merchandises that cannot be mended can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us photos of the defective item and return the item to us with the ORIGINAL TAG attached,
the item UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days. The item should be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION as it was when it was sent to you.
Once we have confirmed that the defective item cannot be mended, we would EXCHANGE it with non-defective/ correct merchandise for you,
or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate effect. Buyers are required to bear the delivery costs of returning the item.
Items that have been used are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Note: Kids wear could be exchanged due to size problem but depending on stock availability.
Please email to admin@dress.sg on exchange request. If the new size or new style customer requested is having ready stock, we could allow exchange.
Otherwise, we will not allow exchange or refund.
After our confirmation on exchange, please return the item to us with the ORIGINAL TAG attached, the item UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED and UN-WORN within 7 days.
The item should be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION as it was when it was sent to you.
Once we have confirmed that the returned item is in original condition, we would EXCHANGE for you.
Buyers are required to bear the delivery costs of returning the item.
