Exchange Policy


Shipping/Collection

1. Self-Collection can be made by appointment at:

BLK 678A, Jurong West St 64, Singapore 641678.
No handling fees will be charged.

2. Local Shipping:

a.Post by Normal Mail;
Free of charge (we will bear the cost for one time). You will receive in about 2-5 working days after we update you about order completed.

Please take note that for normal mail, the parcel will be dropped into your letter box by the postman. It has certain risk for lost mail. We are not responsible for any loss of parcels as there is no tracking service provided for normal mail. Post office will also not be responsible. It is totally at your own risk.

b.Post by Registered Mail;
You need to pay S$2.24. You will receive in about 2-5 working days after we update you about order completed.

For registered mail, parcels will be sent to your door-step by postman and required someone to sign and receive it. If failed delivery, postman will leave a note with article no. and you can either self collect from nearest office with the article no. or call to request for redelivery. We can provide the article no. for you to check on the delivery status at http://www.singpost.com.sg , if you requested.

c.Courier Service.
You need to pay S$4.50. You will receive in the next day after we update you about order completed.

Goods will be sent to your door step by courier guy and required someone to sign and receive it. If failed delivery, courier guy will leave a note with tracking no. By call their hotline or go to their website (http://sg.ta-q-bin.com), you can request for redelivery at your preferred time.

3. For international shipping, charges will be revised when we review and confirm the order. You can choose either registered mail or air parcel or courier service. Registered mail is only for small parcel (1-5pcs clothing). Air parcel is for big parcel, slow (about 7-15 days after order completed) but cheap. Courier service is for fast delivery (about 2-3 days after order completed) but quite expensive.

Exchange Policy

Only at one of following situations, you can request for exchange:

1. Unwashable stains with size bigger than ten cents coin.

2. Unamendable torn or sewing problem with length bigger than 2cm.

3. Wrong item, wrong color or wrong size delivered.

We will not allow for exchange for inaccurate measurements (less than 4cm difference from website) or slightly color difference or slightly design difference from pictures. Please read our terms and conditions before ordering.

Exchange request must be made by sending email with attached photos to us within 7 days of delivery. After we confirmed defects and accepted the exchange request by replying the email, the item must be returned within 7 days.

For returning, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unamended. The item should be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION as it was when it was sent to you and with the ORIGINAL TAG attached.

Once we received and confirmed that meets the criteria for exchange, we would EXCHANGE it with non-defective/correct merchandise for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate effect. Buyers are required to bear the delivery costs of returning the item.

Items that have been used are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
