Yes, we do wholesale. If you order min 2 pcs per style, per color and per size, min 12 pcs in total, you can enjoy our wholesale price.
Depending on total quantity ordered, the wholesale price can be between 20% - 40% OFF from the original retail price.

Do I need to register as a member?
Yes. You need to use your email address to register as our member so that you can place order online and track order status easily.

What is VIP membership?
1. VIP Membership will be given upon completion of a single order with payable amount exceeding S$200. (Please remind us if you are not registered as a VIP).
2. The VIP Membership has no expiry date.
How to order?

3. Browse categories, click on individual product to view more details.
4. Click on ‘‘Add to Cart’’for interested product.
5. Verify shopping cart and submit order.
6. Check email sent by email@example.com in your registered email box.
7. Follow the instruction in the email to make payment as confirmation of the order.
8. Check email sent by firstname.lastname@example.org for payment receipt.
9. Log in to check order status at any convenient time.
10. Check email sent by email@example.com for any status update or delivery information.
11. Receive the merchandise in good order.

What are the delivery methods?
For local orders, we can deliver the goods via normal post, registered post or courier service.
Customers also can self collect the order by meet-up with our staff at certain places.
For orders to be delivered to outside Singapore, if it is small packet (e.g. less than 5 pieces summer clothes), we can deliver them by normal post or registered post;
if not, we can delivery by either speed post air parcel (economic and fast delivery to your doorstep ) or EMS (worldwide express service which is slightly costly but much faster delivery to your doorstep)

How long do I need to wait to get my order?
1. For ready stock items (refer to first category at your left hand side on top), we will pack the order and send out immediately after payment received. For estimated delivery, please refer to shipping and return.
2. For pre-order items (please refer to product details page, there is a table above product measurements to indicate.),
there will be extra waiting time for us to get the goods from our suppliers and therefore the estimated arrival at my place in Singapore will be in about 1-2 weeks time provided not out of stock, no delay at supplier side and no delay during shipping.

2. Please state your name in the "Initial" field if you are transferring via internet banking. Please note that your name cannot be stated if you are transferring through ATM.

b. the bank account to which transfer has been made; and
c. the day on which payment has been made.
For customers who are outside Singapore, you can either pay to our PayPal acocunt, telegraphic transfer to above bank accounts or send money through western union.

What does OOS stand for? What to do if there is OOS?
OOS stands for out of stock.
For ready stock, due to limited stock in our hands, it might be happened that certain product is ready stock at the time you placing order but become pre-order or out of stock after you made payment. Kindly take note.
For pre-order process, the goods might become either temporarily out of stock or totally no more production at supplier side. We only can confirm this after we collected your payment, passed order to supplier and they shipped out the order. If out of stock, we will cancel your order, credit back full amount to your account at our website and you can use the credit to offset new order or you can request for refund. For this situation, you might have waited for quite long time but end up disappointment with no stock. We are sorry about this situation and hope you are aware before ordering.
In the event of the product becomes out of stock, we will mark the product as OOS
in your order and credit to you upon your request or upon order completion. Refund can only be processed in 7 days after order completed.
We will try to alert you periodically via email if there is OOS item in your order. Your login to our website to check the order status periodically is highly appreciated.
