Yes, we do wholesale. If you order min 2 pcs per style, min 12 pcs in total, you can enjoy our wholesale price.
Depending on total quantity ordered, the wholesale price can be between 20% - 50% OFF from the original retail price.

Do I need to register as a member?
Yes. You need to use your email address to register as our member so that you can place order online and track order status easily.

What is the current rewards program and promotion?
As summer is ending and autumn/winter is coming, most of summer clothing will be removed from shelf soon and less new arrivals on summer clothing. Hence now we are having Great Seasonal Sale. Hurry up! Take chance of shopping for cheap and good quality clothes in our shop now.
This is applicable to regular priced items only. For discounted items (with strikethrough original price), no further discounts can be applied.
- 15% OFF storewide for everyone or 20% OFF storewide for VIP members (No minimum required)
- Get S$10 cash back for single order with amount over S$200 exclude OOS items. (Money will be credited back to your account with us if the order amount is still over S$200 when order is completed and OOS items are taken out. You can request to transfer all your credit to your bank account.)
- Free local registered mail for 4 or more items ordered.
- Free local courier service for 6 or more items ordered.
During this season changing period, there might be higher chance of out of stock (ab. OOS) happened after you paid for the item. But you can request to replace OOS items with other items and still enjoy the cash back benefit. Or you can request for refund for OOS items. We are really sorry about this OOS problem. Hence please order pre-order items only if you are okay with this problem. To prevent disappointment or unhappiness caused by OOS, you may like to order ready stocks items only.
What is VIP membership?
1. VIP Membership will be given upon completion of a single order with payable amount exceeding S$200. (Please remind us if you are not registered as a VIP).
2. The VIP Membership has no expiry date.
How to order?
1. Register as member using valid email address.
2. Log in as member.
3. Browse categories, click on individual product to view more details.
4. Click on "Add to Cart" for interested product.
5. Verify shopping cart and submit order.
6. Check email sent by admin@dress.sg in your registered email box.
7. Follow the instruction in the email to make payment as confirmation of the order.
8. Check email sent by admin@dress.sg for payment receipt.
9. Log in to check order status at any convenient time.
10. Check email sent by admin@dress.sg for any status update or delivery information.
11. Receive the merchandise in good order.

What are the delivery methods?
For local orders, we can deliver the goods via normal post, registered post or courier service.
Customers also can self collect the order by meet-up with our staff at certain places.
For orders to be delivered to outside Singapore, if it is small packet (e.g. less than 5 pieces summer clothes), we can deliver them by normal post or registered post;
if not, we can delivery by either speed post air parcel (economic and fast delivery to your doorstep ) or EMS (worldwide express service which is slightly costly but much faster delivery to your doorstep)

How long do I need to wait to get my order?
1. For in stock items (refer to first category, the green tab on the menu bar), we will pack the order and send out immediately after payment received.
Estimated delivery will be in about 2 working days by normal post or registered post within Singapore.
2. For pre-order items (if there is not any in stock color, size or quantity specified for the product),
there will be extra waiting time for us to get the goods from our suppliers and therefore the estimated delivery will be in about 1-2 weeks time within Singapore provided no delay at supplier side or during shipping.

What are the payment methods?

2. Please state your name in the "Initial" field if you are transferring via internet banking. Please note that your name cannot be stated if you are transferring through ATM.
3. After payment is made, please emailthe following information to us:
a. the amount transferred;
b. the bank account to which transfer has been made; and
c. the day on which payment has been made.
For customers who are outside Singapore, you can either pay to our PayPal acocunt, telegraphic transfer to above bank accounts or send money through western union.

What does OOS stand for? What to do if there is OOS?
OOS stands for out of stock. Due to seasonal changing, summer clothes are running out of stock now and then.
It might be happened that certain product is available at the time you placing order but become not available after payment made.
In the event of the product becomes out of stock at the point of time we are ordering from our suppliers, we will mark the product as OOS
in your order. For OOS item, it might / might not be restocked. You can email us if you want to replace the OOS item with other color or other design to enjoy the same discount rate.
If no replacement requested, upon order completion we will credit back the amount to your account at our website and this credit can be used to offset your new orders automatically.
If you request us to refund the money back to your bank account, please give us 2-3 days to process it.
We will try to alert you periodically via email if there is OOS item in your order. Your login to our website to check the order status periodically is highly appreciated.
How does "Filter by Brand" work?
Our website is designed in such a way so that customers can browse products by categories and subcategories (Blouses, Shirts, Tees etc).
However under each subcategory, we have incorporated a "Filter by Brand" function (referring to the drop down list on top of each category) which can help
customers to view products belonging to a particular brand. This makes online shopping more convenient and specific.
Currently, we carry collections of the following brands grouped by quality grade:
Premium Grade Brands:

2. From Taiwan: U-GO/AI-GO/E-GO
3. From China: M2M, Sweet Girl, Qianna

Average Quality Brands:

Among all the above brands, APPLELATTE, CEMA, U-GO/AI-GO/E-GO, M2M, Sweet Girl, Qianna, Missmilan, Ioeoi, JianYue & Ioeoi are highly recommended for modern office ladies ("OLs") who are searching for office wear. For these brands, the prices are a bit higher than the rest, but the quality is very good and the style is definitely presentable. They offer good value for money spent.
For those good quality brands i.e. Labu Labu, Tokyo Fashion, JK2, Miss Fox, FZY_1, FZY_2 etc, they are in an affordable price range, of good quality and provide a variety of charming outfits for casual wear, party wear and OLs too.
For TEEN UP and those average quality brands, they have very wide ranges of fashion-wear to cater to all girls and ladies (these include junior to missy styles).
We have carefully selected the products so that there is a 90% similarity between the photos and the actual products. Most of our products, photos are taken from the actual products with models hired by the company. Hence we can provide vital statistics of the models i.e. height, weight and other measurements for customers' reference.
There are some brands i.e. FZY_2, R.J, Xiao Yue Fashion, Swan Goose Nest and Others whose products are imitated from the magazine photos. However, we also provided photos taken from the actual products themselves (laying flat, without model) for your reference. These brands are not recommended for people who are very particular about the actual products being exactly the same as those wearing on models.
As for our other collections, these are labels for trendy bags, shoes and accessories to complement the entire outfit!
